Refund policy

Every Sweater Squatch item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
